Mortadella Olives 2kg

Description: Sicilian mortadella with smoked olives. 2kg format: Better rotation and greater freshness. The raw materials used are lean and fat trimmings from ham that have been marinated for at least 4 days and have been smoked naturally. Particular flavour obtained by combining the aforementioned raw materials with natural spices. The olives in this mortadella are whole olives. We do not use broken olives. Gluten-free, suitable for celiacs. Free of the main allergens: milk and derivatives (also lactose-free), egg and soy.
