Sant Dalmai S.A.U. was founded in 1964 as a project of two friends tied to the world of butchery. The search for excellency and innovaction are part of Sant Dalmai’s DNA since the very beginning.
Today, 50 years later, Sant Dalmai is a modern factory with the most advanced technology in terms of traceability and food safefy. Our team of more than 150 people follows the steps of our founders and continue working, every day, to improve and adapt our products and processes in order to meet the needs of our clients.
Facilities
Our plant currently occupies more than 12.000 sq.m. within a total surface of 42.000 sq.m.
In our industrial facilities we have a modern lab equipped with the most relevant technology in tems of food security and quality assurance.

In order to adapt to new technologies and improve sustainbility, Sant Dalmai, S.A.U. has carried out reforms to improve its facilities and the energy efficiency of its processes. These improvements have been subsidized, within the FEADER program, by the European Union and the Generalitat of Catalonia, Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food.

Our focus in international markets is based on flexibility and adaptation to local flavors and traditions. We are currently present in more than 20 countries where we work hand in hand with our local partners in order to develop a succesfull and reliable brand.
