Sant Dalmai SA has two completely different lines of production: cooked products and grilled products.

After the inspections of the raw materials, the manufacturing processes begins starting the traceability control until the final product.

We assign part of our production to the traditional distribution channel and part for the food industry. Our products are presented to the consumer as whole chilled pieces, sliced, laminated and IQF frozen products.
